We are first-time buyers, and Brittanie did an incredible job explaining all the ins and outs to us, helping us manage expectations, and protecting our interests in every offer we made. We worked with Brittanie for more than 3 months (from when we started thinking about buying to eventually closing on a house) and she was always responsive and willing to speak or meet with us last minute and go to open houses or schedule private showings for us. She also has a wonderful network of inspectors, contractors, and other experts that provided short-notice help. All of this was especially helpful during the crazy 2022 housing market. Brittanie is simply excellent at what she does and we would recommend her to anybody looking to buy a home in the area!
